The Madrasa was established in 1351 A.H corresponding to 1932 A.D. As a result of sincerity and devotion of spiritual leaders, the number of students increased to 50 in the very first year, which required an administrator. Therefore Deputy Abdur Raheem appointed Qari Khuda Bakhsh an experienced person as an administrator who, in addition to the responsibility of teaching, was looking after the management. He was quite simple and expert of Quranic phonetics and phonics (Tajweed) and was known as the first teacher of the Madrasa. He resigned due to some reasons in the month of "Safar" 1352. After his resignation, Qari Abdul Kareem from Deoband, Qari Mohammad Ahmad from Nauganwa, Maulana Mansab Ali, Maulana Shamsul Hasan from Thana Bhawan and Maulana Ya'qoob from Rasoolpur had been appointed as administrators respectively for few months till 1356 A.H. Later, this responsibility was handed over to Maulana Mohammad Anwar from "Dadheru Kalan" in 1357 A.H. who rendered his services handsomely for seven consecutive years. During his tenure the Maulana successfully managed to improve the education system. Hence, Arabic classes were started up to "Sharh-e-Jami". Besides this, construction was expanded and foundation stone of a mosque was laid down in his tenure. When he became a government servant in 1364 A.H. Maulana Mohammad Ismail from "Gadla" was appointed in his place. Maulana Ismail, got along with Deputy Abdur Raheem, administrated the Madrasa for eight years. Education system kept on going smoothly, construction was expanded and the mosque was built during his tenure.
After his resignation in the year 1952 A.D. and not having suitable person for the post, Maulana Yaseen from "Saliar" and Maulana Ahmad Hasan from Deoband continued to work as the in-charges till 1954 A.D.
This responsibility was assigned to (former rector) Maulana Mohammad Haneef sb, from Malakpur Nahar, District Saharanpur in 1955 A.D. At that time, there were two classes of "Nazra Quran, two classes of "Hifz", one class of Persian and Arabic classes up to " Sharah-e- Jami".

Under our beloved and reverend Maulana Haneef's fifty-seven year tenure, before his tragic demise, in 1433 A.H. corresponding to 2012, the Madrasa had been extended over a large building on about 55 acres of land. With a two-storey mosque, a magnificent Darul Hadith, a library, an accounting office, along with 215 rooms and 32 classrooms. On the other hand, there were Arabic classes from the first class ( Awwal Arabi) to the final year( Daura-e-Hadith), Department of Arabic language and literature, two classes for Tajweed, 9 classes for Hifz-e-Qur'an, eight classes for Nazra, three classes for the Persian language( Fauqaniya 1st, 2nd, 3rd ) as well as a computer training center. And the number of alumni from all departments was 158. In short, The Madrasa, under his tenure, progressed by leaps and bounds in every aspect of schooling and training.
