Khadimul-Uloom in the eyes of Ulama

After the defeat in the war of 1857 A.D. and the downfall of the Mughal Empire, the British, owing to their political interests, had destroyed the ancient schools of Islamic sciences and arts. So, to protect the religion and faith of the Muslims and their civilization even Islamic sciences and arts, inevitably, it was crying need of the hour to establish a great seminary that could protect the Muslims of India from the temptation of atheism. At that time, all the responsibility for the protection of Islam fell on the shoulders of scholars. By the grace of God, the scholars had left no stone unturned to fulfill their duties on time. In short, through Darul-Uloom Deoband, all the expectations were fulfilled.

After the defeat in the tumultuous revolution of 1857, the intellectual and cultural atmosphere of the Muslims was about to vanish. If Darul-Uloom had not been established and become beacon at the time, the history of Indian Muslims would have been wiped out today.

At present, a large number of religious schools in the sub-continent, is only because of Darul-Uloom. Praise be to Allah, Madrasa Khadimul-Uloom is one of them, which has been performing great services of teaching religion, preaching, reforming beliefs and protecting religion for almost a century. Thus, the alumni of this seminary, in the country and abroad, are engaged in preaching religious teachings and meeting Muslims' religious thrust. The Madrasa has produced 32051 (thirty two thousand and fifty one) products so far, who have been making the name of the seminary bright by providing religious and financial services in India and abroad.

Great scholars and spiritual leaders have written their valuable impressions, acknowledging the outstanding services of the seminary. Some of them are below:

1. Masha Allah! I looked at many students who are staying in the premises of the Madrasa. They are being well equipped with education and training. Their conducts and characters are admirable.

8. This is the third time that I have visited Khadimul-Uloom. All praises is due to Allah! Significant progress has been made during its recent history. The educational services are also commendable. The unity of staff and their practical struggle are satisfactory.

9. The long-awaited wish has fulfilled today. I had the privilege of attending Madrasa Khadimul-Uloom. Praise be to Allah. Here, talented, sincere and hardworking teachers are imparting the knowledge. The buildings and maintenance of the seminary also affect the heart and eyes. Arriving at the seminary, old values and reminiscence came to the mind. May Allah Almighty keep these things alive and shining.

10. I knows this Madrasa very well. This Madrasa is the most important in this area.

11. Here is a good system of education and training, is known to all. I found it far better than what I heard. The students' intellectual tastes, manners, cleanliness and struggle are appreciable and worthy of imitation. May Allah increase the good name of the seminary. Aameen.

12. For the first time, I got a chance to have a close look at Madrasa Islamia Arabia Khadimul-Uloom, Baghonwali, Muzaffarnagar. I had heard the name of this Madrasa when I was a student. It is a great pleasure for me to be here today; The plant, Planted by our forefathers, is distributing its fruits generously. Seekers of knowledge and training, local and outer, are receiving education and training here. At commencement Bukhari Sharif, I did not get a chance to get acquainted with the educational activities; but its reputation and good name is safe among scholars and intellectuals. May Allah Almighty continue the grace of this Madrasa in the same way. Aameen.

13. Alhamdulillah, I have the privilege of visiting Madrasa Islamia Arabia Khadimul-Uloom, Baghonwali, Muzaffarnagar UP. I met and exchange our thoughts with the rector Maulana Hamid Hassan sb. and other teachers. Masha Allah, the Madrasa is already well-known for its educational services, but I was very happy to learn that there is a special arrangement for better education and training. The staff of the Madrasa are working hardly together. May Allah Almighty bless this Madrasa with further achievements and increase its educational, invitational, training and constructive activities. May Allah draw the well-wishers' attention to this Madrasa and keep it safe from all kinds of evils and tribulations. Aameen.
