(1)   Department of Ifta (Islamic law):
This department aims to produce such Ulama who can meet the nation's religious thirst at every walks of life. The candidates must have completed Arabic literature, from any reliable Madrasa, to take admission to this department. The duration of this course is one year.

(2)   Department of Arabic literature:
To equip Ulama students with Arabic language and literature and make them have mastery over speaking and writing, so that; they could understand the Qur'an and Sunnah thoroughly with the help of the very language and interpret the Qur'an and Sunnah in a better way. The reason is that, even after the completion of the six-year Arabic course (Aalmiyat), students lack proficiency in the Arabic language. Thus, keeping the importance of this language, the department of Arabic language and literature was set up in 1443 A.H. corresponding to 2010 A.D. The duration of this course is one year.

(3)   Department of Anglo-Arabic Language & Literature:
As a matter of fact that, to deal with the threats facing Islam, we need a group of righteous scholars who could impart Islamic teachings and thoughts throughout the world. They would have capability of competing with falsehood along with preaching Islamic point of view without any hesitation. This is possible only when they are experts at English (International and communicative language). So, after due consideration, this faculty was established in 1439 A.H. corresponding to 2018 A.D. Masha Allah, outstanding results came out over a span of 3 years. This is a two-year Anglo-Arabic Diploma Course.

(4)   Department of Arabic (Aalimiyat Course):
The educational curriculum of this course is the same as Darul-Uloom Deoband. Owing to the need of the hour, English has also been made a part of the curriculum in the pre-Fadhilat Islamic studies, Tajweed is also a subject in all Arabic classes (from class one to Dora-e-Hadith) This is a six-year course from Awwal Arabi up to Dora-e-Hadith (Graduation in Islamic studies).

(5)   Department of Tajweed and Qira't ( Urdu & Arabic Hafs):
In this department, Urdu, English, Mathematics, and Hindi have also been made compulsory subjects for the students along with the main course. Hafs Arabic, Qira't-e-Sab'a, and Ashr'a-e-Kabir have also been added to the Hafs Urdu course in the department of Tajweed-o-Qira't. This is a Two-Year Tajweed Course.

(6)   Department of Persian language:
Hindi and Mathematics are also added with the Persian language, which is the main subject in the department. Till the last year, the Persian language was being taught in Fouqaniya (a three-year combined course of Islamic and modern subjects). Since 2021, the Persian department has been created separately. Praise be to Allah, The best result is coming out. This is a one-year course.

(7)   Department of Hifz-e-Quran:
Five parts of the Holy Qur'an, Urdu, Mathematics, and daily supplications are taught in the first year. From part 6th to part 12th of the Holy Qur'an, Urdu, Mathematics, Hindi, and daily supplications in the second year. Part 13th to part 22nd of the Holy Qur'an, Urdu, Mathematics, Hindi, and daily supplications in the third year. part 23rd to part 30th of the Holy Qur'an, Urdu, Mathematics, Hindi, and daily supplications in the fourth year. Revision of the entire Holy Qur'an, Tajweed, Urdu, Persian language, and English (ABC Primer) are taught in the fifth year. This is a five-year course.
The teachers appointed for this department should be very qualified and have a degree in Tajweed, so that; children would accurately recite the holy Quran from the very beginning. To improve the performance of this department, the in-charge of educational affairs examines the student having memorized any part of the Holy Qur'an (Parah). Only after passing this test, the student is permitted to memorize the next part (Parah). This department consists of ten classes.

(8)   Department of Nazra-e-Quran:
In this department, Noorani Qa'ida and the 30th part of the Holy Qur'an are taught to small children along with practical ablution and five daily prayers in the first year. In the second year 12 parts Nazra-e-Quran, Urdu, Hindi, and Mathematics and in the third year, the whole Nazra-e-Quran, Urdu, Hindi, English and Mathematics are done. This is a three-year course.
The teachers appointed for this department should be very qualified and having a degree in Tajweed, so that; children would quite correctly pronounce the words of the Holy Quran from the very beginning. There is a monthly test to improve the performance of this department. Teachers are bound to follow some particular rules and regulations. This department consists of nine classes.

(9)  Department of Deputy Abdur Raheem Senior Secondary School:
Deputy Abdur Raheem Senior Secondary School: Until 2019, Madrasa had a modern education system up to level 5 (approved by the Government of U.P.) from 2020 this department gradually reached level 8 (Junior High School), now from 2023 Alhamdulillah. Up to 12th class has been approved by the UP Board, in which Quran and theology have been declared as a mandatory part of the curriculum so that our children grow up in a religious environment and are equipped with modern science as well as religious education.

(10)  Department of Computer:
Computers have become an integral part of human life. No Walks of life is beyond their reach today. Therefore, computer education has become a crying need for students. At the same time, its contribution to fulfill economic needs or social self-sufficiency is known to all. Realizing the importance of computers, the management of Madrasa had set up a department called ''Raheemi Computer Training Center'' in 1421 A.H. It has been providing computer training to the students in addition to the day-to-day activities of the Madrasa. The duration of this department is one year.
