(1) Faculty of Education:

(a) Nursery Department:
     The duration of the course is one year. Children are being taught "Noorani Qa'iad" and para number 30 (Amma) in this department along with practical "Wudu (ablution) and Namaz"(Prayer).
 
(b) Department of Nazra Qura'an:
     The duration of the cours is two years. Complete Nazra Qura'an, Urdu, Hindi and Mathematics are tatugth in it. This department consists of eight sections.
 
(c) Primary Department (Fauqania):
     The duration of the course is three years. Hindi, English, Science, Social studies, Mathematics and Geography along with Basic theology and Persian language are taught in it. All the above said subjects are being completed according to the government schools, 5th class syllabus.
 
(d) Department of Tahfeedhul-Qura'an:
     The teachers appointed for the department should be well qualified and having a degree of "Tajweed" that the children would accurately recite the holy Qura'an from the very beginning. The teachers of "Hifz" classes have been made under obligation of different rules and regulations. The department has 10 sections consisting of about 350 students.
 
(e) Department of Tajweed & Qira'at:
     The department has permanently been established few years back and by the grace of Allah, is progressing rapidly. The course is of two years. Urdu, Hindi, English, Mathema-tics are mandatory for the students along with the main course.

Note:
     "Hafs Arabic" and "Qira'at-e-Saba"and "A'shra Kabir" have also been added to the course with "Hafs Urdu" in the department of Tajweed-o-Qira'at.
 
(f) Department of Arabic:
     The duration of the course from class one upto Daur-e-Hadith (Graduation in Hadith) is 6 years. Keeping in view the need of the hour, English language has been added to the syllabus of 1st and 2nd years along with that of Daurul-Uloom Deoband. Tajweed is compulsory subject in all the classes of Arabic and Fauqania department.
 
(g) Department of Arabic literature:
     The department was established in 1431, i.e 2010. The aim of establishing this department is to make the students have mastery or command over the language that they would interpret Qura'an and Hadith in the best manner both orally and written.
 
(h) Department of Ifta:
It is under construction or consideration.
 
(i) Department of Computer:
Computer is a part and partial of human life today. It is needed in every aspect of life. Besides this, its financial support is also acceptable. Which is why the management established a computer centre named "Raheemi Computer Training Centre", in the Madrasa in 1421-Hijri. By the grace of Allah it has been working efficiently.

1. Administration:
     This is the most important department of the Madrasa as it has to look after all the educational and administrative departments and maintain discipline in them. It has to take necessary action on the report and applications of different departments and to implement the recommendations of the governing council there in Madrasa. All the teaching and non teaching staff are bound to follow the direction of the administration regarding their duties and this department is accountable to the governing council.
 
2. Hostel (Darul-Iqama):
     This is the most important department of the Madrasa as it has to look after all the educational and administrative departments and maintain discipline in them. It has to take necessary action on the report and applications of different departments and to implement the recommendations of the governing council there in Madrasa. All the teaching and non teaching staff are bound to follow the direction of the administration regarding their duties and this department is accountable to the governing council.

     The duties of this department are to provide hostel facilities to the students. Sought out their difference, keep a vigil on their living style and get up and make them responsible of performing "Namaz with Congregation" (gathering in a mosque). Teaching and non teaching staff have been assigned to awake the students at the time of "Fajr and Zohr" prayer approaching them room by room.
 
3. Accounts:
     Accounts is another very sensitive department. It holds all the records of income and expenditure of Madrasa, approves the bills of different departments, distribute stipend among the students, audit the annual budget and perform so many other financial activities. It is also responsible to confine the expenses to the income of the Madrasa. No amount is either deposited without a reciept or paid without a voucher. Separate registers have been maintained for different types. All sort of income and expenditure is audited by a charted accountant, (for your perusal log on to our website).
 
4. Kitchen:
     To create a tense free educational environment amongst the students and keep them away from non educational activities that they would be busy in study and discussions, the Madrasa has maintained a kitchen to provide the students and staff food for free of cost. The kitchen prepares food for about 900 people (students & staff) for each lunch and dinner. The department holds the responsibility of arranging all the necessary food items, preparation of lunch and dinner, and their distribution and maintaining the attendance record at the time of food distribution.
 
5. Flour Mill & Electricity:
     The Madrasa has owns a small flour mill which is capable of providing flour according to the need. It owns three generator sets along with electricity connection. Supplying electricity in all the class rooms, Mosque, offices, streets and provide it when and where is required, and looking after the generator sets are the responsibilities of the department. Besides this, ensuring water supply in all the areas of the hostel is the duty of the department.
 
6. Construction:
     Construction of new building according to the need and repairing the old buildings are the duties of this department. As the number of students are consistingly increasing and to meet the requirement of classes and hostel for them, the construction work goes on the whole year. Heavy construction have been done in the last few years still it is unsufficient because of the growing number of students. A vast plot of about 26 Beghas of land has been acquired and the construction is going on for hostel, class rooms and grand "Darul-Hadith" (Class room for final year of Arabic course).
 
7. Library:
     For an educational institution a library having required books is a must to provide the students with sound learning environment. This is why, our ancestors had always ensured the collection of study and non study books. The Madrasa owns a library having more than 15000 books of different science and arts that feed both students and teachers. All the students are given books of course for free and the books taken back after the annual exam is over. The library still needs more books of different arts and sciences. All the donors are appealed to lead their helping hands.
 
8. Dawah & Preaching:
     Students and the teachers associated to this department are sent to the nearby areas to preach and propagate Islam among the people as per the weekly schedule. Official from "Tablighi centre (Markaz) Delhi" are invited every year to stimulate the students and teachers to do "Dawa" work. By the grace of Allah, their hard work in the area is yielding.
